Thank you for your Diamond Insanity VIP Package purchase. Below are important details regarding your VIP package.
ONSTAGE TOUR + FRANKENALICE & GUILLOTINE PHOTO
Your VIP experience will begin before the door-opening and show times of the event. Please arrive at the venue box
office at 5:45PM
Please go to the box office when you arrive to pick up your Meet & Greet – Diamond Insanity VIP Laminate.
You will need to show your ID to pick up your Meet & Greet - Diamond Insanity VIP Laminate, and get ready to enter
the venue for the VIP Experience.
You will be entering the venue at 6 PM SHARP.
Please arrive on time; if you are late you may miss the onstage tour and Guillotine photo-op.
Please bring proper photo ID (driver’s license, passport, official school or state ID).
If you purchased this package as a gift for someone else, please have your guest bring a note with purchase order
number & photocopy of your ID. The note should explain who purchased the package and who it is being transferred
or gifted to.
MEET & GREET WITH ALICE COOPER
Your VIP Host will provide you with information about when, where, and how to attend the Meet & Greet after the
show. The time and location that the VIP Host provides you with are very important. If you arrive late you will miss
the meet & greet. You MUST have your laminate in order to enter the meet and greet. Even if you are late to the
onstage portion of the event, you MUST pick up your laminate so that you may enter the meet & greet.
VIP PHOTOS (FRANKENALICE / GUILLOTINE + MEET & GREET WITH ALICE COOPER)
A Member of Alice Cooper's VIP Team will take your photo with the FRANKENALICE and with your head in the
guillotine, as well as with Alice at the meet & greet after the show. You can view and download your photos at the below link

**Please note you can use your camera for the tour but during the after show meet and greet, a member of the VIP
team will take your photo
** Please refrain from any taking any video or photography while backstage. Please limit your photos to the
FrankenAlice and the Guillotine. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This request is being made on the tour
team's behalf in an attempt to preserve the integrity and surprise of each performance. We thank you in advance for your
cooperation, it is greatly appreciated.
VIP MERCHANDISE
You may pick up your items at the VIP Merchandise table (located near or directly beside the main merchandise
table). Please be ready to show your ID to claim your VIP Package items.
YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR ITEMS BY THE TIME THE SHOW ENDS, in order to avoid missing the meet & greet after the
show – THESE ITEMS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE AT THE SHOW AND WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TO YOU.
TICKETS
Concert tickets were distributed by the ticketing company you purchased them from. If you have any issues regarding
your ticket, please visit the venue box office and they will assist you.
