Returning Band members may not need all items. You can estimate the amount that will be due at the completion of Online
Pre-Registration by using this form. If any student or parent feels they cannot pay for any of the fees, contact Mr. Woods at
512-858-3214 or derek.woods@dsisdtx.us. A payment plan will be worked out for you at Registration. We want all students to
be able to participate. Please note that all parents will need to complete the online pre-registration process by July 21.

5 meals provided during Percussion Camp (7/17 to 7/21).
This fee is required for all percussion students.

Meals
(required)
9 meals during Band Camp and Summer Band. Students will
not be allowed to leave campus for meals. This fee is
required for all students.

Season Meals
(required)
This fee includes meals and bottled water for the contests, as
well as meals for each of the away football games. Students
will not be allowed to leave campus after school on game
days. This fee is required for everyone.

Shoes*
Students will wear white band shoes for contests with white
bibbers. All wind & percussion students will need a pair.

Shoes
Students will wear black band shoes for football games with
black bibbers and with the informal uniform. All wind &
percussion students will need a pair.

Gloves White
& Black
Everyone in the band except percussion and Color Guard will
wear white and black gloves for Football games and possibly
Contests. More than one pair is suggested. Tubas,
Mellophones and Baritones are required to wear gloves
during rehearsals. At least one pair of white and one pair of
black are needed.

Instrument
Rental
Required for students who play percussion, tuba, euphonium,
french horn, tenor sax, bari sax, bass clarinet, contra bass
clarinet, oboe, and bassoon, as well as for students who use
any other school-owned concert instrument.

Fee
All percussionists will pay this fee to cover the cost of sticks
and mallets.

Band Booster
Membership
(Voluntary)
The purpose of Dripping Springs Band Boosters is to support
all of the activities of and promote interest in all DSISD Band
programs. Money from booster membership dues provides a
valuable portion of the funds raised to support the band
program. The membership fee is encouraged but optional.
