TERMINAL SERVICES
Passenger Amenities: Assorted snack/soda vending available (cash only), as well as USO facilities.
Lost and Found: Contact Passenger Service Representative.
Long Term Parking: Available near the passenger terminal. Parking pass required and can be obtained from the
passenger service counter.
PROHIBITED PASSENGER FOOTWEAR (Military aircraft)
The wear of open-toe or open heel shoes (examples sandals, zories, crocs, flip-flops, high-heels, etc.) is prohibited on
military aircraft. Footwear must not be of the type that could hinder emergency egress or increase chances of injury.
PASSENGERS WITH NON-APPARENT HANDICAPS
Passengers with non-apparent handicaps such as hearing impairments, asthma, or pacemakers, should advise Passenger
Service agents of this handicap at time of check-in.
CHECK CASHING/ATM MACHINES
Check cashing locations on McChord AFB are: Armed Forces Bank, Harborstone Credit Union (Bldg. 530),
Enlisted/Officers Club (club card required)
ATMs: Outside the Harborstone Credit Union, outside Armed Forces Bank, inside the BX, inside the Enlisted/Officers
Club, on the side of the Shoppette, and inside of the Commissary.

AMC Patriot Expressflights in/out of SEA-TAC to/from Japan and Korea weekly. Space-A calls are accomplished on
the ticketing level beneath the USO Lounge near the “Icelandair” counter. Check-in counters are located next to

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE/RESTRICTIONS
