provide guests with rail connectivity beyond the airports.
If your guests are flying with us to or from Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Canada, United
Kingdom, Spain, between/within Netherlands, Belgium and Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG) can
book an onward connection on the respective railway service, mentioned below, to any of the
train stations they serve.

Confirm the booking
This will generate an email with train ticket to the guest
The guest must download the train ticket, print or save on their mobile
Guests should check-in at www.accesrail.com 72 hours prior to departure to print or download
their boarding pass to their mobile phone, which includes their seat reservation.
The guest must be advised to always check departure screens at the stations for the exact
departure times and check platform numbers, which may be altered at short notice.
Arrival at Rome
Upon arrival at Rome guest must collect her/his baggage before going to the train station at
Rome.
Optionally, the guest can visit the ticketing office to have her/his train ticket printed.
Ticketing terms and conditions
Travel on the rail sectors is issued in conjunction with an EY flight sectors on the same ticket.
The guest must be advised to get in touch with the booking office in case of cancellation and
refund.
Etihad’s standard ticketing policy applies to rebooking and cancelling of the train segments
according to the booking class fare rules.
The train ticket is valid on the booked Trenitalia train (as shown on the Etihad booking).
In case the Trenitalia train is delayed and causes a missed connection to the outbound flight
from Rome, the guest must be advised to reach out to Etihad call center to be rebooked to the
next possible flight.
In case of disruptions to the arriving flight in Rome, resulting in a missed connection of the
train already booked, Trenitalia will accept guests on the next available train.
Trenitalia will honor Etihad’ baggage allowance on its trains.
7) Lner
If the guest is flying with Etihad Airways to or from London, EY has partnered with three train
and bus companies to offer them enhanced onward connectivity.
London Northeastern Rail (LNER) services are available between London King’s Cross (QQK) and
cities along the East Coast Main Line of the United Kingdom.
National Express offers bus service between the Central Bus Stations at London Heathrow
Airport and Manchester Airport within the UK.
Great Western Rail offers train service between London Heathrow Airport (LHR) and 17
destinations through a connection at London Paddington train station.
The guest can book an onward or return connection by train or bus to or and from any station
to London Heathrow.

LNER - How to commute between Heathrow Airport and London King’s Cross station
By Taxi: The trip between Heathrow Airport and London King’s Cross takes about an hour
By Tube: Take the Piccadilly line between the airport and London King’s Cross. The trip is 23
to 25 stops and takes approximately an hour.
By Heathrow Express: Take the train to Paddington Station (15 minutes). From there, either
take a taxi to King’s Cross Station (10 minutes) or take the Tube 5 stops on the Hammersmith
& City Lines (13 minutes)
National Express
To commute from Terminal 4 to National Express Central Station, guests can take the free
Heathrow Express train, which departs every 15 minutes, from Terminal 4 to Terminal 3, and
then walk 5 minutes to the Central Bus Station.
Great Western Rail
GWR tickets include a Heathrow Express ticket to enable passengers to travel between London
Heathrow Airport (LHR) and London Paddington train station. The guest should change trains
onto their GWR onward service at London Paddington.
