Eurostar Train Tickets
Train tickets for Eurostar are valid for direct service trains between the UK and
destinations in France and Belgium. Eurostar will take passengers to cities such
as London, Paris, Lille, Brussels, Calais and more. Fast connections allow you to
travel, for instance, between London and Paris in as little as 2 h 16 minutes.

Eligibility:
Eurostar train tickets are for sale by Tour Operators and Travel Agents outside of
the UK only.
Validity:
Reservations are required for Eurostar and included in the price of your ticket.
Discounts:
Child
Children between the ages of 4 and 11 (inclusive) are eligible for a reduced fare.
Children under the age of 4 who do not require their own seat, travel free (see
more for details).
Round trip
Travelers have access to discounted fares when they book a return trip in the
same travel class as the outbound journey.
Conditions of use:
REFUNDS:
1. Refund and exchange conditions will vary depending on the type of fare your
ticket belongs to:
Fully Flexible
Can be exchanged for a similar type ticket up to 60 days after departure.
Flexible tickets can be fully refunded up to 60 days after departure.
Standard tickets can be fully refunded before departure.

Semi Flexible
Can be exchanged for a similar type ticket up to 60 days after departure.
The traveler must pay the price difference between the exchanged ticket
and the newly purchased ticket.
Semi flexible tickets are subject to a 40% cancellation fee.

Non-Flexible
Cannot be exchanged.
Cannot be refunded.

2. A cancellation charge will be deducted from all refunds. The cancellation
charge will be a minimum of 15%.
3. All requests for refunds must be submitted to the office from which the tickets
were purchased.

Children
Children under the age of 12 traveling with at least 1 parent must carry a piece of
ID with a photo. Additionally, children under the age of 12 traveling with an adult
that is not a parent must carry an authenticated authorization letter. Children
under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all time. The Child fare is not
available in Business Class, children have to pay the Adult fare.
