Locate Your Contract End Date
The contract end date can be found on your MyADT Profile Page. If you notice a contract end date is not
appearing under the profile page, this may indicate you are not currently under contract with ADT.
Apologies for any inconvenicence, however please note that we cannot accept requests to cancel services
with ADT via email or the web.

1. Click on Profile in the side navigation bar.
2. Click on Account Documents and then to locate your Contract End Date, click on the link for View
Date.
