For availing the Relationship Account (R1) –Scheme, you will be required to provide an
Account Opening Cheque of Rs. 250/- in favor of ICICI Securities Ltd (Auto Debit not
allowed).
Bonus Brokerage Card:
With Relationship Account (R1) you will enjoy Rs. 500 /- worth “Bonus Brokerage Card” with Life
time Validity. This will be free brokerage that you will get to enjoy for lifetime or till the card
exhaust.

Terms and Conditions:
Bonus brokerage will be added within T+2 days after account opening
Bonus Brokerage Card is subject to successful clearance of Account Opening cheque within 15
days of Account opening. In case the account opening cheque is not cleared within the specified
time limit, the Bonus Brokerage card will be deactivated. Your account will be mapped to normal
brokerage plan of I-Secure. Applicable rates under I-Secure Plan can be checked on
www.icicidirect.com> Pricing Section> I-Secure Plan
Bonus Brokerage Card will be inclusive of Service Tax. All regulatory and statutory charges will be borne
by you
Bonus brokerage will be available only for transactions in the Equity Cash products (excluding
transactions in SPOT product) and Equity Derivatives products
Brokerage/commission and applicable charges on transactions in any other product like SPOT, Mutual
Funds, Life Insurance, General Insurance, FD etc. will be as per the standard rates or as per the standard
brokerage plan selected you and will be debited from your linked bank account
Once you exhaust the Bonus Card, your account will be mapped to normal brokerage card of I-Secure

Bonus Brokerage cannot be liquidated or claimed for refund
I-Sec reserves the right to withdraw the plan or modify any of the above conditions, with advance notice
of 15 days.
Minimum Brokerage in the cash segment:
The minimum brokerage in delivery segment to be charged is Rs.25 or 2.5% whichever is lower, on a
transaction upto Rs.5,555. All statuary charges would be levied over and above minimum brokerage
Minimum Brokerage in margin product: Under Margin segment minimum brokerage charged for transactions
upto Rs. 37,500, is Rs.15 or 2.5% whichever is lower. All statuary charges would be levied over and above
minimum brokerage
Minimum Brokerage in SEP product: For SEP transactions upto Rs. 7,778, minimum brokerage is Rs 35 or
2.5% whichever is lower
Relationship Account (R1) with Prepaid Brokerage:
In case you also opt for Prepaid Brokerage Plan within 15 days of account opening, you are eligible for
10% of Bonus brokerage of the Prepaid debit value
Relationship Account (R1) customer opting for Prepaid brokerage plan, will get higher of the 2* Bonus
Card value mapped to his account
If the Bonus Card mapped to your account is from Prepaid, then the Prepaid brokerage will be
applicable, however if the Bonus Card received in your account is of Priority Circle Account opening
scheme, then the brokerage applicable will be as per the scheme mentioned above in this annexure
o For eg: On Prepaid card of Rs.100,000 you will be eligible for Bonus brokerage of Rs.10,000
and not Rs.500 as per the Relationship Account(R1) scheme. The brokerage rate applicable in
this case will be of Prepaid and not as per the structure mentioned above in this annexure

* Bonus Brokerage received on Account opening or 10% additional Bonus Brokerage received post
Prepaid debit.
Additional benefit:
Waiver on the annual maintenance charges (AMC) on ICICI Bank Demat for the first year. (Applicable AMC
would be levied by ICICI Bank from the subsequent year)
