Client Agreement/Terms and Conditions

Client agrees to the following:

- Provide Clearview with water to perform any pressure washing service and make sure to turn on all outside spigots.

- Driveways and parking areas should be clear of automobiles for building washes and items removed from, under, and around decks

and sidewalks. These items should be placed at least twenty feet from the work area.

- Clear the working area of all objects (grills, moveable lighting, furniture, plants, etc.). This includes items on or attached to the deck if

deck power wash is to be performed and all items around the house if a house wash will be performed. (Make Clearview aware if

there are problems with moving items prior to the projects start date).

- People and pets should be kept away from the work area while the work is in progress (safety) and after exterior surfaces are

washed.

- Make sure the windows are closed tightly and notify Clearview of any damaged window seals or leaks. If you want your windows and

exterior windows sills cleaner, you will have to remove the window screens. This will allow the operator to access the dirt on the

bottom of the sill and rinse it out properly. . Clearview shall not be responsible for damages as a result of water infiltration from poor

or improper installation. If your windows are not sealed properly there may be some leaking, for which Clearview will not take

responsibility.

- All work will be fully rinsed but windows may spot due to mineral content of the local water source. We will not clean windows

unless you have contracted that service with the pressure washing.

- Please have any electrical, mechanical, or any object which water can damage in the vicinity of work covered

- Gutters may have black streaking due to etching and deep staining left behind after cleaning unless gutter brightening treatment is

included in proposal.

- Provide Clearview with the exclusive access to areas covered by the contract and estimate/proposal

- A $80 charge will be assessed and added to your bill on commercial projects if Clearview arrives to the project and the owner or

agent has negated or complete any of the task on this sheet resulting in Clearview not be able to begin or complete the project.

(spigots are turned off, windows open for building wash, other contractors are within the specified area covered by the contract and

the pressure washer or sprayer cannot be operated).

Payments and Discounts:

- 100% payment of the total cost is recommended to paid upon completion of the project, unless invoice in which invoice must be

paid within 30 days.

- Discount coupons must be presented at the time of the estimate/proposal

- Checks are to be made out to Clearview Pressure Washing

Referrals:

- Clearview continually strives to maintain a positive reputation in our community. All referrals, references and comments are much

appreciated

- A gift card will be mailed to you for each referral that turns into a job booking after the job is completed and payment received

- The referral must announce who has referred them prior to the estimate

Terms & Conditions:

- Clearview guarantees all products and labor supplied under this contract to meet or exceed standards of the trade. This warranty

does not apply to any work or product not provided by Clearview. The warranty does not apply to any damages caused by factors

beyond the control of Clearview. The warranty does not apply to any damages caused by factors beyond the control of Clearview

such as:

1. Existing structural defects or products not supplied by Clearview

2. Improper maintenance, unusual or usual wear of cleaned surfaces.

3. Pressure washing may reveal imperfections in surfaces that were not visible prior to cleaning, heavy build ups of mold

and dirt may be hiding other problems such as cracks, oil or rust stains, wood rot, flaking or missing paint.

4. Clearview expects your property to be in good repair and weathertight. This includes, but is not limited to all electrical

service including receptacles and light fixtures

I agree and waive and release Clearview Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing and its employees, from and against all claims, cost liabilities

and expenses and hereby agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless in event of any of the listed negligence, previous damage, or faulty

construction. I have personally read and understand this document. Permission is hereby granted to Clearview window Cleaning & Pressure

Washing to do the requested service and as the property/home owner agree to the above conditions. In the process of pressure washing

Clearview may encounter bird nests in this situation :
