Saturday Wedding - 12:30pm-11pm*
Bridal preparation cottage is available for use from 12:30pm until the beginning of the reception
A 6-hour window between 4pm-11pm for the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception
Friday/Sunday Wedding - 2pm-10pm*
Bridal preparation cottage is available for use from 2pm until the beginning of the reception
A 6-hour window of 4pm-10pm for the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception
*All personal belongings must be removed from the property within half an hour of the event end time
Saturday: $13,400 for weddings of 200 guests or less / $14,900 for weddings of more than 200 guests
Friday: $8,900 for weddings of 100 guests or less / $9,900 for weddings of more than 100 guests
Sunday: $8,400 for weddings of 100 guests or less / $9,400 for weddings of more than 100 guests
4% gratuity to wedding day coordinator / $1,000 premium date fee added for September & October
dates / $500 discount for a ceremony offsite
In order to reserve a date, we require a $2000 non-refundable deposit via check payable to Bramblewood, LLC, cash
or credit card along with a signed contract. Please note there is a 4% processing fee for credit card payments.

Climate Controlled Cooling
Our barn reception space has climate-controlled cooling. Our cooling system creates a cool and comfortable atmosphere
for you and your guests! The Climate Controlled Cooling System consistently keeps the temperature inside the barn
anywhere from 5-10 degrees cooler and much less humid than the outside temperature.
Wedding Day Set up and Clean up
Here at Bramblewood, we want you, your friends and family to enjoy every part of your wedding weekend. You will not
be stressed and worried about the many last-minute details of set up and clean up because Bramblewood handles it!

Decorations
In addition to what is listed above, Bramblewood will set out a few additional personal cor items in the barn and at the
ceremony site the day of your wedding. If extensive decorating is needed, additional decorating fees will apply— ask us
for details. All decorations must be temporary and no permanent hanging or attaching devices may be used. Command
hooks and tape only! All decorations inside and outside of the barn must be pre-approved by Bramblewood at least 30
days prior to the wedding date.
Host Liability Insurance Policy
At Bramblewood, we want you to minimize your liability as you host a large group of people at our venue. Therefore, we
require that you purchase a host liability event insurance policy including liquor liability meeting our requirements for your
event. This policy can be purchased very easily through EventHelper.com for between $200-$300.
Day of Wedding Coordination
Bramblewood Guide- Access to our comprehensive and detailed planning tool/document, specially
designed to lead you through planning a wedding at Bramblewood
Walk-Through Open Houses- reserved exclusively for booked Bramblewood couples and taking place on
select Saturday mornings during our wedding season
Initial Planning & Décor Meeting- the winter before your wedding
Final Planning Meeting- One month before your wedding you will meet your Day of Wedding Coordinator
to go over all final details and complete a venue walk-through
Meet your Wedding Day Coordinator onsite to delivery all non-perishable décor items (typically the
Tuesday before your wedding)
One hour rehearsal the day before your event- fully coordinated by your Day of Wedding Coordinator
Oversee venue staff as they set up (see full list of all set up completed by venue staff)
Greet vendors and answer their questions
Manage your wedding day timeline from vendor arrivals through until the end of the reception
Check-in with wedding couple when they arrive onsite
Distribute personal florals (bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres)
Monitor inclement weather and put rain plan into action if required
Update vendors of all timeline and weather related changes
Troubleshoot any and all hiccups throughout the day
Ensure all VIPs have arrived
Get ushers in place and go over ushering duties with them
Make sure we have the rings
Coordinate with DJ/musicians for ceremony music cueing
Line up wedding party and cue processional
Assist in gathering family for post-ceremony photos
Bring drinks for the newlyweds to enjoy during couples portraits
Show guests where the card box is located
Assist guests in finding their seats and trouble shoot any seating chart issues

Windswept. In addition, if you choose to use non-disposable china, flatware, and glassware as well as any tents,
extra tables or chairs, those items must come from Windswept as well as any other rental items you may need.

As a ‘Farm-to-Table’ venue, Bramblewood is not only committed to
supplying our guests with the highest quality homegrown fruits and
vegetables for the wedding meal, we also offer our stunning field
grown cut flower floral services to add color, style and excitement to
your wedding décor. From table centerpieces to pew decorations
and the bridal bouquet, our flowers are the perfect highlight and
accompaniment to your day! We would love to sit down with you to
create your custom floral package. If you are going to be using the
types of flowers that we grow here on the farm in your floral designs,
we require that you use Bramblewood as your wedding florist.
However, if you would like to use flowers that we do not grow here,
you are welcome to choose another florist.

When the cool evening air rolls in, give your guests a spot to gather
and warm up with Campfire & S’mores! The package includes 1.5
hours for guests to enjoy a stone & granite propane fire pit & all the
supplies needed to make delicious S’mores.
Cookie/Dessert Table Setup $375
If you are planning to have a cookie table, let us plate/tray all of your
cookies. This can be a very time-consuming task on the day of your
event, especially when you have 100+ dozen cookies to arrange and
set out! You can also use our assortment of beautiful cookie
trays/pedestals to make your cookie table one of a kind!

Flex Package $1500
Looking for a bit more flexibility on your wedding weeked? Your rehearsal time may not
necessarily be in the evening on Friday and will be determined by venue and staff availability.
This upgrade allows for a rehearsal time of your choosing on Friday (10am-6pm). In addition,
you are able to leave your décor/personal items until Sunday for pick up instead of taking
everything with you the night of your wedding. You will have a prearranged 2 hour pick up
window on Sunday during which all belongings will be picked up. This makes for a much more
relaxing time for you and your family the week of your wedding! *Please note that this does
not change the “Use of Property” times outlined on page 1 beyond what is described above

trick! Four pairs of 30 ft ivory curtains suspended between the aisle of trees will make your walk
